This is the second vehicle I purchased this year. The experience with my salesperson on both occasions, Benji Buckle, was better than expected. I never felt pressured, and was satisfied with both my 2012 experience with my salesperson on both occasions, Benji Buckle, was better than expected. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and will most likely be doing business here again in the future. More
I came in when the engine warning light came on. Brian came out to my car, and checked the gas cap--which apparently was not completely tightened (by me). He tightened it and told me that it was most likely a sensor that had caused the check engine light to appear. He then advised me to drive my Corolla 100-200 miles and let the sensor reset. He was right on the money! At 205 miles my check engine light went off, and I have had no other problems. Thank you Brian! More
I've worked with Chris and the body shop at Toyota of Stamford twice over the past year, most recently after an accident caused extensive damage to my car. Chris did the seemingly impossible and made my car look like new again! But beyond the quality of work, what impressed me the most was his level of service. He was accommodating and responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. And most importantly, he made me feel at ease at a time when I was considerably unnerved after my accident. In my experience, Chris and the team at Toyota of Stamford are completely reliable and trustworthy. While I hope to avoid any future visits to the body shop, if I do find myself in that situation again, they will be my first call! More
I went in looking for a very specific truck. The team was very helpful. They found the truck promptly, and got me a bump on my financing tier, which lowered my cost significantly. I bought a brand new car, and I was told by the dealer at the time Joe Carbonell that brush guards came with the new car. I waited two to three months for the brush guards just to find out that Mr. Carbonell made a mistake in telling me that brush guards came with the brand new car. After complaining and even making a complaint to Toyota Complaints, the management of Toyota Stamford decided that as a courtesy for Mr. Carbonell mistake, they would install a non-toyota starter. With all the money Toyota of Stamford makes, I was really disappointed in this move by them. As a matter of fact the finance guy Anthony Capolupo was charging me a $100.00 dollars for the difference in the alarm starter. later on he told me that no money would be charge. They make the mistake and yet they do not honor their verbal agreement with me. Also, I called in numerous ocasion and spoke to two sales manager who both told me that they would call me back on this issue and they never got back to me. Although I was never charged with the Brush guards, their promises to customers have a lot to be desired and a grave concern. More

Everyone I dealt with from the time I walked into the dealership till the time I drove off with my new car was very friendly and more than happy to answer any of my questions. Andrew told me I could contact him any time, any day, should I experience any problems with the car or had any questions, and it is a relief to know that the individual who sold you your vehicle is willing to go the extra mile and look out for you even after you have driven off the lot. One great salesman and I told Andrew he better still be around when two more members of my family buy their vehicles in the coming years! More

My wife and I were looking for a mid to full size SUV to accommodate our twins that are on the way. It only took us 45 minutes to make the decision to buy our awesome new 2013 Highlander from Toyota of Stamford. Aaron was so accommodating and stayed a little late for us on a Friday! There was zero pressure and no "pushy car salesman attitude". Anthony in the finance department was great and didn't try to push any unnecessary items on us that wouldn't benefit us. The negotiation process was smooth as silk and the trade in value for my car was extremely fair. I would recommend Toyota of Stamford to any of my family and friends and even my co-workers ( and I work at a competing brand!).
