Plus, because we leased a 2018 Toyota Camry & are switching over to buy a Prime, they enticed us with a $1500 Loyalty incentive. So, in February 2021, Steven was trying to sell me a Premium package XSE in White Color which I didn't like the color or the package that was on there. Then, 1st week of March, Steven shows me a XSE that has every package in it plus it was our Midnight Grey color. There's only one problem, the package cost me $48,995 take it or leave it type of deal which is out of our budget. Plus, there's NO Customer Loyalty Incentive that they explained. The thing I didn't like is that I had to show him again the Invoice from Oct 2020 that we agreed on plus or minus. Then , he says this may take another 4-6 months - So, what's the use of putting down a $500 deposit. In just a week later, they're now telling me they have a car in our price range of $45,000 & it will arrive here in 10 days. More
