They say the right things that people want to hear but at the end of the day it's just scare tactics and selling. I was quoted parts prices that are above MSRP from Toyota's own site. Service writer calls and says they needed 4 bolts because they were seized on the car and the technian could not continue. Stamford Toyota was only going to charge an additional $60 more for the bolts. Mind you on a $2000 bill already. I ask for the part number, those bolts cost $6/each on parts.toyota.com. I had to speak to the manager who ultimately made it right. Beware and watch your money and the bill. More

I have used all three services at this location (Sales, Service and Rental), and the staff are amazingly consistent in their responsiveness and knowledge. I actually go to this location instead of the one Service and Rental), and the staff are amazingly consistent in their responsiveness and knowledge. I actually go to this location instead of the one in my town because I like the people and they have better prices. The service crew is very fair. I know I'm paying a bit more to service directly from the dealer, but they have been great with recalls and small issues, and I know the resale value of my car is better off because of it. The waiting area is great, and they are very good about covid-safety, which makes me feel comfortable when I wait for my car. Good folks there - I hope that the management treats them well because they all deserve it. More

Raul picked me up at the train station in my own reserved new car -- a classy touch, I thought -- and was very patient about explaining the car's features and helping me with setting up the app. Customer service is alive and well in Stamford.
