Bait and switch Went to buy a used certified truck and the sales person(s) who helped me sold me on the truck with it being certified. It was all they talked about. K Went to buy a used certified truck and the sales person(s) who helped me sold me on the truck with it being certified. It was all they talked about. Kept going on and on about the Toyota certified program. So I bought in hook,line and sinker. So we agreed on price after my third visit. Had financing all lined up and was headed to the finance manager to finalize my purchase. After a few minutes into closing the deal the finance manager is telling me there is no warranty and I needed to initial here to accept no warranty. Then I spoke up asking this is a certified Toyota truck and he veru rudely said no it's not. And I said well your sales people have told me different. And that's what sold me and it had certified stickers all over the truck and he promptly told.me I could purchase the certification. And I promptly said no it's included per your sales people. So he called the sales manager Jimmy. He came into the office and told me that he wasn't selling me this truck Toyota certified. Basically the dealership pulled a bait and switch on me and I need to let the public know that they can't get away with this and people not know. It's wrong and bullxxx!!!!!!. Rant over. More

I had an idea of what I was looking for and Shane helped me find the right truck. Having had my other vehicles repaired at Toyota of Southern Maryland before, I am impressed by the professionalism and customer service of all the employees here. For me, they have become my dealership for as long as I am here. More
Southern Maryland Toyota service rep falsified notes I purchase a 2014 Toyota Tundra 5 months ago from Southern Maryland Toyota Hyundai dealership Lexington Park, Md I have been have electrical problem I purchase a 2014 Toyota Tundra 5 months ago from Southern Maryland Toyota Hyundai dealership Lexington Park, Md I have been have electrical problem right along with stereo speaker problems day one of. Purchasing the vehicle. I stop pass Toyota Southern Maryland service department on 02/21/18 for a Quick Stop to have someone to look at my radio. Toyota Southern Maryland rep Jennifer came out and stated that no one can look at this problem right now, because the service department guys are about to take there lunch. Jennifer stated that I can bring it back later today or schedule appointment. I decide to schedule appointment on 2/28/18.... Jennifer was very nice and truly helpful.... On 2/24/18 my next door neighbor came out and stated to me that he noticed my back tail lights out last night.... My next door neighbor and myself decide to take a look at the tail lights, and they where not working as he stated and as I took notice.. I call Southern Toyota Maryland service department on 12/24/18... I was speaking to a Toyota representative rep about my tail lights, and ask her, can I bring my truck there today to have some glance or diagnose the problem today. Toyota Southern Maryland service rep, stated that I have a appointment schedule for Wednesday 2/27/18 and it's not possible to bring it here today to have some one look at it. I ask the service rep can I change the date for Monday since you can't take me in today dealing with tail lights not working. I ask the service rep 2 questions. 1.) What's your opinion driving a truck without no working tail lights. 2.) Does my Toyota truck send me any of warnings to the dashboard to let me know when light bulbs are blown or not working... Southern Maryland Toyota service rep answer question number 1. That the responsibility driving the truck with no working tail lights fall back on you. She also stated that she don't have the answer to my second question and I need to talk to the my service rep on Monday to answer all my questions about the truck and rescheduling. I stated to the service rep, that you can't ask no one there in the service department about if exterior lights that's not working or notification indicator on the dashboard. Southern Maryland Toyota service rep stated that she is busy and some one will call you back with the answer at the end of the day.. I received a email to confirm appointment from Southern Maryland Toyota service department. She did not discuss the conversation that we had on Saturday 2/24/18 She notated that I was upset, hostal and also defamation of character. I have the phone recording conversation on 2/24/18 & email showing defamation of character. With all my interaction purchase a vehicle from different dealerships throughout my life. Let's review the procedure; dismount tire from wheel, remove old sensor, install new tpms and activate the new sensor. Any tire shop can do this for under $75. More
