Over the past 10 days, my husband and I have been searching for the perfect new vehicle for me. In fact, suiting me was quite a problem since I had no idea what I wanted - a crossover, an SUV, a car, a minivan, etc. No doubt this made assisting me difficult, to say the least. Every time I saw a vehicle I thought I might like, Jim literally ran to get the keys and a tag for the vehicle so that I could test-drive it; and he continuously kept a smile on his face. (I probably ran Jim ragged, but very unintentionally!) At one point, I thought that I had made a decision and even asked to take the vehicle home overnight to see how I felt about it the next day. Jim said “no problem!” On our way home with the new vehicle, my husband and I stopped for dinner and discussed the vehicle sitting in the restaurant parking lot. There, my husband asked why I wanted to think about if I had already decided that this was the one? Well, that was it! We went right back to see Jim after dinner and bought my dream - a Toyota Highlander. Jim was wonderful throughout the entire process; the price was right, the trade in was right, the finance officer was greeat, the entire process from beginning to end was right…and again, Jim was WONDERFUL. This is our first Toyota and we are looking forward to a quality vehicle and excellent service from the Service Department as a result of our wonderful experience with Jim. More

Wayne patiently helped us review many vehicles and followed up periodically to determine our updated viewpoint about which to buy. When we selected the Hioghlander as our vehicle of choice, then Wayne found the exact model and equipment that we need in a Highander. He also helped us achieve a good combination of price and trade value as well as excellent financing for the new Highlander. My wife and I have had our current Toyotas serviced for the last four years by Toyota of Southern Maryland. We were very happy to buy our car here as well as to continue our service in the same location. More

Great sales man and would certainly look for him if I needed to get another vehicle. Great guy and did do any sort of pressure sales. I had been looking online at Corolla's. Was interested in trading in my Toyota Sienna van for a new Corolla that in a couple years my teenage daughter will be driving. MD Toyota, and my husbands Tundra, and my mothers Highlander. All of us have been very satisfied over the years. I have always taken my van in for service there and will continue to take my Corolla as well. Haven't had a bad experience yet. More
