Over a period of about one month I shopped for a new or near new used Toyota SUV or truck. We eventually settled on a new 2012 Highlander. We shopped several dealerships throughout the Mid-Atlantic area near new used Toyota SUV or truck. We eventually settled on a new 2012 Highlander. We shopped several dealerships throughout the Mid-Atlantic area in order to determine the best combination of trade price for our current 2006 Highlander and a new 2012 Highlander. Wayne patiently helped us review many vehicles and followed up periodically to determine our updated viewpoint about which to buy. When we selected the Hioghlander as our vehicle of choice, then Wayne found the exact model and equipment that we need in a Highander. He also helped us achieve a good combination of price and trade value as well as excellent financing for the new Highlander. My wife and I have had our current Toyotas serviced for the last four years by Toyota of Southern Maryland. We were very happy to buy our car here as well as to continue our service in the same location. More

My husband and I bought our new vehicle with Reginald Rainey as our sales associate. He was friendly and, more importantly, very knowledgable in the cars he was selling. When we picked up our new vehicle, it was close to closing time, but Reggie stayed late and showed us all the car's features and answered our questions without rushing us. This was my First Visit to Toyota of somd, I was in the market for a new vehicle and stoped by to checkout Toyota line of vehicles, I was greeted by Don Diehl sr customer rep I was not Pressured in any way market for a new vehicle and stoped by to checkout Toyota line of vehicles, I was greeted by Don Diehl sr customer rep I was not Pressured in any way and shown just about every type suv and crossover vehicle available I was pleased with the no pressure very professional attitude of Mr Diehl and given the best of service. I had been looking online at Corolla's. Was interested in trading in my Toyota Sienna van for a new Corolla that in a couple years my teenage daughter will be driving. I talked to Wayne on the phone and let him know I'd be by that evening. Looked at the car, had an offer for trade that I was happy with and we closed the deal. I bought my Sienna from So. MD Toyota, and my husbands Tundra, and my mothers Highlander. All of us have been very satisfied over the years. I have always taken my van in for service there and will continue to take my Corolla as well. Haven't had a bad experience yet. More
