I was at the dealership for maintenance on my 2000 Sienna and walked out to check out the new cars. Mr Garcia came out and asked if he could help. I told him that I was looking for something with good gas and walked out to check out the new cars. Mr Garcia came out and asked if he could help. I told him that I was looking for something with good gas mileage and was pretty (was tired of the drab tan color). He wanted to know what I thought was pretty, I told him red or pretty blue. Mr Peed came along and Al told him what I was asking about. He got on the computer and found one at another dealership. Mr Al Garcia called me several days later and asked me to come in and look at a red 2012 Camry. I test drove it and drove it home the same day. Everyone who I talked to at Toyota of So Md were most helpful and friendly from Al to Mr Peed and then John in Finance. I also have a 2000 Tundra which I got from them. Audrey Pratt More

My wife and I went into Toyota of Southern Maryland after an extremely bad experience at Toyota of Waldorf. We intended on buying a new Toyota Sienna SE and had some very particular reasons for doing so. Due an extremely bad experience at Toyota of Waldorf. We intended on buying a new Toyota Sienna SE and had some very particular reasons for doing so. Due to some other circumstances, we were a little upside down with our trade and needed to get a good deal. After working on a deal on the new SE we decided to go home and think about the numbers before making the big purchase. Not long after getting home, I was called by Myron and he had a couple more scenarios to run by me, one of which was a used 2011 Sienna LE... of which we decided to buy. Long story short... Myron and Jason were very in tune with what we needed and put a lot of time and effort into finding something that would fit our long term financial goals as well as family needs. Myron was open about the numbers and stressed that it was our decision and that they didn't want to strong arm us into anything. Instead, he sought out options for us to consider. Not once did we feel pressured to do anything but take whatever time we needed to make the decision. The GM Michael McKay was very kind and interacted with us regularly. When it came to finance, DJ Diehl was very straightforward about the numbers and worked to get us an awesome interest rate. Again, we didn't feel pressured about add-ons, just informed. Overall, if we can help it, we won't go anywhere else to buy another vehicle (except that I'm a Dodge truck guy). I'm not trying to sound over the top, I've just bought quite a few vehicles over the years, and this experience was by far the best. More
I was referred to Wayne in my search for a new Toyota Camry. He made the experience a pleasant one. When I first saw the car, I was very pleased. I took it for a test drive and purchased it that night. This is my third Toyota Camry and I have been using Toyota of Southern Maryland's service department since they opened their current location and will continue to do so. Al Garcia did a great job filling my expectations in my new truck purchase. The price was good when comparing to other offerings for the same truck on the internet. This is my second purchase through Toyota of Southern Maryland. I bought my 2010 Tundra last year, and because the experience was excellent, I came back and bought my wife her 2012 4Runner. My first purchase went so well, I could not help but come back for my second purchase which once again, Wayne provided superb assistance. Wayne is very good at making customers feel welcome. He is very patient and caters to the customer's needs. I mentioned to Wayne that I was considering buying a new 4Runner and he explained the different models and packages in pretty good detail which made my selection much easier. I told Wayne exactly what I was looking for in a 4Runner, he found one in Virginia, and had it brought in for me to see. We fell in love with it right away and went forward with the purchase. Now for the Financing!! John was our finance manager and was most excellent as well. He is very personable and receptive to buyer's needs. He made the financing process smooth, fast, and painless. We appreciate the professionalism and care the dealership provides. Well done! More

Over the past 10 days, my husband and I have been searching for the perfect new vehicle for me. I probably test drove at least ten new vehicles between Southern Maryland and Annapolis to no avail. searching for the perfect new vehicle for me. In fact, suiting me was quite a problem since I had no idea what I wanted - a crossover, an SUV, a car, a minivan, etc. No doubt this made assisting me difficult, to say the least. Every time I saw a vehicle I thought I might like, Jim literally ran to get the keys and a tag for the vehicle so that I could test-drive it; and he continuously kept a smile on his face. (I probably ran Jim ragged, but very unintentionally!) At one point, I thought that I had made a decision and even asked to take the vehicle home overnight to see how I felt about it the next day. Jim said “no problem!” On our way home with the new vehicle, my husband and I stopped for dinner and discussed the vehicle sitting in the restaurant parking lot. There, my husband asked why I wanted to think about if I had already decided that this was the one? Well, that was it! We went right back to see Jim after dinner and bought my dream - a Toyota Highlander. Jim was wonderful throughout the entire process; the price was right, the trade in was right, the finance officer was greeat, the entire process from beginning to end was right…and again, Jim was WONDERFUL. This is our first Toyota and we are looking forward to a quality vehicle and excellent service from the Service Department as a result of our wonderful experience with Jim. More
