They consistently provide the best automotive maintenance support possible. During my recent visit I was very impressed with the maintenance management provided by Jennifer. She was very proactive in ensuring I received timely and accurate updates during the entire maintenance evolution that was being performed on my vehicle. After my initial maintenance was performed I required additional maintenance be performed due to worn brakes discovered during the overall inspection of the vehicle. Jennifer seamlessly scheduled and coordinated the additional maintenance and ensured it was completed within the time and the cost quoted. Thank you for your professional. More
Excellent Service since 2009 I bought my Highlander new from this dealer in 2009 and have taken it in for regular maintenance and tires since then. I have always been treated ver I bought my Highlander new from this dealer in 2009 and have taken it in for regular maintenance and tires since then. I have always been treated very well, service work has always been excellent. From time to time people have told me that dealer maintenance is expensive and I've compared prices periodically over the years only to find that it was a comparable and I never felt like I was getting more work than needed. Sunroof leak Brought my 2011 Toyota Camry to discuss rain water getting into the light over the driver's visor. I walked in expecting to be referred to some outs Brought my 2011 Toyota Camry to discuss rain water getting into the light over the driver's visor. I walked in expecting to be referred to some outside shop. The young lady (Jennifer) at Service Write Up suggested a blocked sunroof drain and the possibility of it leaking down to the carpet padding and the possibility of mildew in the carpet padding. After cleaning out the sunroof drain they called in ServPro who identified mildew in the carpet padding. Toyota took out the seats and carpet and padding. ServPro came in and eliminated the mildew. Then Toyota put in new padding, and replaced the carpet and seats. After several rains I can say the problem has been fixed and I no longer sneeze or cough when I drive my Camry. It was not inexpensive but my health is worth it. I am impressed by Jennifer. More
