My wife and I were in the market for a new minivan. After some web research, we found that our number one reason for purchasing a new vehicle could only be met by Toyota and Honda. After more research, we decided that for the price, Toyota would fulfill our needs. We drove 5 minutes from our home to Toyota of Southern Maryland. We walked the lot looking at the 2012 Toyota Sienna without a single salesperson approaching us (we even parked our potential trade-in in front of the showroom). We decided that since we had been there for so long without any acknowledgement, that we would leave and shop elsewhere. As we transited the lot to our vehicle, we walked within ten feet of two salesmen standing outside smoking without even a hello. As we left the lot, we drove around and through looking at the used vehicles and still no acknowledgement; not a wave or an approach in our direction of travel. I would not recommend anyone to visit Toyota of Southern Maryland for the sole purpose that their service is incomprehensible, and down right rude. It was for this reason that we drove further than necessary and purchased a new Toyota Sienna at another dealership. More

The dealership was very friendly and did not pressure me into something I was not looking for. The salesman, Jason Moritz, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sold and made me aware of my options. into something I was not looking for. My experience with this dealership was remarkable. Jamie Pizzo is absolutely wonderful. What I did like about Jamie was she just let me make up my own mind and she did not continue to pressure me which we Pizzo is absolutely wonderful. What I did like about Jamie was she just let me make up my own mind and she did not continue to pressure me which we all know salespeople can sometimes be very bothersome. I believe she answered most of my concerns as of now, but I still haven't driven the car that much. I am still a little nervous about driving it, especially pulling into the garage. Ernie also was very helpful with showing me how to use my phone and offer his help later when I get a different phone. Jim was also wonderful when closing the deal, very personable. Great personality! Thanks again for such a wonderful experience with all of you. I will definitely be back but not for another 10 years for myself, I hope! But maybe when our truck dies.
