Steven was great , we were looking at cars, and steven came up to us,right away and offer to help us . He talk to us for a long time answering , what ever we through at him . The only reason I did not give excellent ratings on all, was because I had been working with Ernest via e-mail, and I stopped by, and Steve helped us when we were just looking at cars in the parking lot. Steve asked if anyone had helped us, and I said "No", although in hindsight, I should have said that I was working with Ernest. Steve was excellent, he gave us our space when we asked for it, and he worked diligently to find us what we were looking for. When we were ready to make a deal, Steve found out that Ernest had been helping us, so he turned all over to Ernest. This would have been fine, except Ernest was helping another customer, so we waited for about 20 minutes before Ernest came to his office. We had to get on the phone to get a payoff amount for our trade in, at which point Ernest left and told us to get him when we had the amount. When I looked for him, he wasn't around. I asked Steve if he could find him, and when Steve returned he said that Ernest had a Family Emergency and had to leave, and that Jamie would assist us. We waited another 10 minutes for Jamie, and were actually about ready to walk out and take our business elsewhere, but Steve came in, and let us know that he would continue helping us. Steve was excellent, and if we could have just continued with him, we probably wouldn't have had to be there for 6 hours. Steve let us know that he was new, but you really couldn't tell. He was very knowledgeable, willing to answer all our questions, and show us all of the vehicles we were interested in looking at. He coordinated all, and had it not been for him, we probably would have just left. More

David was very helpful. He understood that I was an impatient person, knew what I wanted and what I didn't want. I hope I never have to buy a new car again but if I do decide on another I will make my first visit to this dealership. More
