Ernie Baud spoke to me and showed me the Prius Plug-in that he had just purchased. Several days later my husband went to the dealership and also spoke to Ernie. In fact he test drove a car. When we got the insurance decision that my car was declared totaled and a payment was made to our account, we went back and purchased a 2012 Prius Pluggin with the help of Ernie. He explained how to use many of the features and said that I could come back at any time to review more "how-to's". Ernie was very helpful and very enthusiastic about the product. More

My only disappointment is that the package of owner's manuals only included a 'quick ref' manual for the Nav system not a real user's manual. I had to go on-line to the Toyota site for that and it isn't complete either. For instance, no comprehensive list of voice commands, only a sketchy partial list. Neither Wayne nor the fellow he called knew this (and therefore couldn't even advise me in the first place) and I didn't figure it out until I spent some time with the system. Because of the lack of data, it's taking me longer to learn it. Other than that, I'm very pleased with it - My wife loves it -and that's the important thing in my house. Everyone at the dealership is great and I would not hesitate to recommend So. Md. Toyota to anyone. More

I did find marks on the back of the car I test drove but was assured that was not the car I was buying. I did suspect maybe a bumper replacement but I do admit the car was in excellent shape. David did take lots of time to explain all the features before we left the lot, which was great as, like many buyers we just wanted to get going and that is not the best thing to do. There was a small discrepancy on the paperwork. Car was supposed to have 3 miles on the odometer, but actually had over 40, not a real problem. My decision to got with this dealer was proximity to where I live for closer service and maintenance. David did walk us through the service department and introduced us to staff which was a nice surprise! More

First time buying a toyota and I could not have been happier. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Some dealers will try to sell you on another car but Mr. Cook took the time to find the right car and have it waiting for me. You cannot pay enough for the type of professionalism and generosity I received before even paying a dime. I ended up buying a 2012 toyota camry se limited edition and the car is great. Mr Cook went through all the features and explained everything about the navigation and how the entire car runs and operates. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. So a much appreciated Thank You goes out to Mr Cook and to all the toyota of southern maryland staff for a great car buying experience. More
