Wayne Took the time to show us around and allowed us to drive the RAV4 the Prius and also the Highlander. After a lot of consideration we finally chose the Prius Plug-in variety. Wayne went over every detail of the car and demonstrated superior knowledge of the vehicle. We didn't care for the color so Wayne discounted the price by deleting the delivery processing and handling fee, rather than finding another vehicle from another dealer. We settled up with Ronnie around 20:30 and Wayne spent more time with me to get me on my way home. The next day Wayne went into more depth on the features of the Prius. Wayne is an entertaining competent team player, and he maintained a robust sense of humor throughout the sales process. We not only bought one of the best cars on the market, but we enjoyed all aspects of the purchase. We have in the past and will continue to send our friends to Toyota of Southern Maryland. Since I was looking for a used car for my son, and Erik knew had an appointment the next day, he referred me to Wayne. When I came in the next day, Wayne was completely up to speed with everything Erik and I had discussed, and even anticipated the questions I would ask, but hadn't gotten to yet. Both Wayne and Erik understood that we were waiting to hear back from the insurance company and were very understanding and worked with us to ensure that we got the car we wanted and a very reasonable price.
