I'm truly sorry that you had a bad experience at our dealership. We do value our reputation and I'm shocked that you weren't properly followed up with properly after you left here. I don't mean to sound cliche, but thank you for making us aware of this issue and giving us the opportunity to resolve issues like these so our future customers don't have the same experince you had. I understand that we may have miscommunicated Toyota's specials to you and that is clearly our fault. After speaking with your salesperson, I also understand that we did not meet your expectations for your trade-in value.
