This experience is the best I've had. Ever! I'm usually very hesitant when buying a vehicle from dealership based on past experience. There is some negative connotations associated with purchasing a vehicle from dealers. I have to say though the Toyota of Southern Maryland (TSM) and the staff I've interacted with were outstanding. I came away with something I've never even expected. A brand new 2013 vehicle. Awesome! My first brand new vehicle ever, and TSM made it possible. I'm a believer in the Providence of a higher power, and that Providence placed Mr. David Banis in my path for this wonderful blessing. Mr. Banis was outstanding, pleasant, understanding, and patient with my indecisivness. I appreciate his customer service and his willingness to work hard to make sure I was able to purchase something to my liking. Mr. Banis stayed with me through the whole process to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks to the financial staff (in particularly Ronnie) as well for their diligent efforts to fit it all into my budget for the most part. Thank you TSM for the wonderful experience and opportunity! I received a mailer which described a special deal at Toyota of So. Md. Lexington Park. I decided to just stop by one afternoon and check it out. I was greeted very friendly by the receptionist who dir Toyota of So. Md. Lexington Park. I decided to just stop by one afternoon and check it out. I was greeted very friendly by the receptionist who directed me to ANTHONY who just happened to be near the front door at the time. I gave him the mailer and we began to talk. He was familiar with the mailer deal and asked me what I was specifically looking for. After some preliminary questions we went to the parking lot to see what was in stock. I immediately liked the color of a particular Tacoma. After a test drive I was assured that was the truck for me. He offered me a deal and I told him I had to think about it. On my way home I received a call from ANTHONY with a better deal. I went back the next day and bought the truck. Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very much a people person. Since I bought the truck he has called me to thank me and see how I was doing. I had an appointment to get the enviroguard done and he gave me a rental car to drive for the 3-4 hours while it was being done. Everyone I met at this dealership was extremely friendly. Not so in most dealerships. More

Our buying experience at Toyota of Souther Maryland was definitely above the mold. I was in communication with sales professional Wayne Cook before driving out to the dealership and in the end, purchasing definitely above the mold. Wayne was straight up and provided good information through the entire buying experience. The car was exactly the way he said it was. My wife and I drove 2 hours on a Friday to check the car out. Wayne had the 4Runner pulled around the back of the dealership to ensure it would be there since we were making the trip; that's how you do business. In summary, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had, no bs. Great deal, great experience, and Wayne is a true professional and that was very much appreciated!!!!! My husband and I visited the dealership twice, first for information and to test drive a car and second to purchase the vehicle. During our first visit, our salesman, Anthony, was very kind and VERY patient with us. He answered our endless questions and helped to relieve our concerns. After our first visit my husband was able to reach Anthony by phone to ask even more questions and set up a return visit. For our second visit we were able purchase the vehicle quickly and for a price that made us very happy. I have since been back to the dealership to pick up my tags and have the car washed, which they offer as a courtesy FOREVER. Every time I have been in the dealership all of the employees I have come into contact with are kind, friendly, and offer their help, which is not very common. I found Jason and John to be extremely resourceful while accomodating my unique circumstances during my recent purch experience with Toyota of SoMD.
