He answered all our questions in great detail, and ensured we had a sound understanding of the vehicle and all its options to help us decide what model would be best for our family. At no time did he try to persuade us to purchase more car than we needed/wanted, nor did he try to pressure us with stereotypical car salesmen antics. We appreciate his honesty. Deciding on what class of Highlander to purchase was the toughest and longest part our experience. Once we decided on what vehicle to purchase, there was no haggling on price. We gave him our offer, which was below the average selling price for that particular vehicle, and within a few minutes it was accepted. No back and forth games with his sales manager. Just a fare price, on the right vehicle to meet our needs and with the best customer service that I’ve ever seen from a car dealership. Furthermore, even after we had completed our transaction, Jason continued to provide us with demonstrations of every feature on our Highlander. Bottom line, Toyota of Southern Maryland is a top notch dealership. Their approach to selling cars starts with real customer service and ends with a price you can afford. More

This was our first purchase of a Toyota. My husband and I were very pleased with the way Toyota of Southern MD worked with us. It was remarkable with this dealership. We know what we wanted, 2013 Limited RAV4 (silver color with a black interior) when we walked into this dealer. We met and worked with Ernie from the beginning. He was great to work with. He listened to our request and did his best trying to locate the car that we wanted. He was very helpful and answered every question in a professional manner. In the end, we decided to settle on a different Limited AWD RAV4 (metallic gray) when our requested RAV4 arrived because I liked this gray color, which looked better than silver color. Ernie stayed patient with us throughout our indecision. We are very pleased with the process. Reggie was laso very nice as we went through the settlement. On March 12, 2013, I purchased a New Toyota 4 Runner - Trail Edition from Toyota of Southern Maryland in Pax River, MD. My husband and I were assisted by Mr. John Wilson. Mr. Wilson was very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. We have been shopping vehicles for several months now and had narrowed our search down to the new Ford Explorer and the Toyota 4 Runner. Our last 3 vehicles were all Ford Explorers. 2 of our last 3 vehicles were all purchased from the same dealership as well. We were very pleased with the 4 Runner and Mr. Wilson helped to make this an easy choice. Mr. Wilson, with the assistance of Mr. Ronnie Ball, Finance, were also able to assist us in getting a better interest rate on the vehicle. We had been pre-approved by our local credit union and Mr. Ball was able to obtain a lower interest rate saving us approximately $25 more each month. Mr. Wilson and Mr. Ball made this purchase very pleasurable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and Mr. Wilson as the sales rep. Thank you. Krista French More

A week or two later I drove to discuss purchasing a used car, with the understanding I could not purchase one until near the end of March, 2013. I test drove cars and knew which one I was interested in and left. Anthony Bernal kept in contact with me briefly, to see if I had any further questions. I purchased a car as of yesterday and was very pleased with everyone. Financing was a breeze with the monthly amount I requested. Thanks Anthony and Reggie for your good sense of humor and advice!!! This was my first purchase of a Toyota product and I can honestly say that my wife and I were very pleased with the way Toyota of Southern Maryland works with a new customer. From the time we were greeted at the door, everyone that passed by us spoke to us and everyone we talked to went out of their way to make our purchase a pleasant experience. When we started, we didn't know exactly what vehicle we were interested in. We were given a great deal of information about the dealership, the Toyota brand and offered a test drive. Origionally, we met with David Banis and he was pleasant and knowledgable. At that time, he had a planned vacation and advised that when we returned the next day to contact Ernie Baud and he would assist us in answering any questions we may have. He was so right and Ernest was without a doubt the most pleasant car salesperson that I have ever worked with. He was extremely helpful in assisting us in our car choice and answered every question in a professional and pleasant manner and some time he answered the same question twice. Ernest was able to find the vehicle we wanted and stayed in touch with us for delivery. He worked through the pa[erwork and offered advise as we went through settlement. When we got to the car, he went over every detail with ease and told us if we had any question to call or stop in and he would answer our questions. Ernest is certainly a valued employee and we are enjoying our new Camry XLE Hubrid. Now we are waiting for that first visit to the gas station, haven't seen them lately. 40 mpg is great, ride is great and a pleasant buying experience was great. More

The business manager was very efficient, explained all options clearly and made that part very easy. When we were getting ready to take the car home, another sales staff came out to talk with us about the features of the car which was very helpful. We have used the service department in the past, and when we ordered an optional item, they were as efficient and friendly as our past dealings. It was a pleasure buying a new car from you.
