I stumbled upon Toyota of Southern Maryland while doing an internet search on used cars for my daughter. Anthony Bernal was my sales consultant and he was superb! From the minute I walked through the doors, everything was handled professionally. I have nothing but positive things to say about each level of the buying process. Jim Cotter was very helpful, professional, and an extremely customer service oriented individual. My car buying experience was very simple and I'm very happy that I decided to make them my first stop of the day. It's hard to find a dealership that can exceed every expectation of a customer. My friends and I had the most excellent experience with Anthony Bernal at Toyota of Southern Maryland...he was such a good salesman that I bought a 2013 Toyota Camry from him...It was the first stop on my Anthony Bernal at Toyota of Southern Maryland...he was such a good salesman that I bought a 2013 Toyota Camry from him...It was the first stop on my New car search and BAM he truly sold me on this car...every employee that I came in contact with were very helpful and pleasant!!!!! I must say that Anthony went over and above the call of duty....true story....when I drove my wonderful car away I went to do some shopping and was sitting in a parking lot admiring all the wonderful bells and whistles and decided I had better get in the store...so I turned the car off...and OMG, I couldn't get the KEY out....SOOOo, I had to call Anthony for help,he tried to walk me thru it on the phone...but no luck....so he CAME to me, got in and "yeah" you guessed it got the key right out.... he showed me how to do it,I never had a car that you had to push the key in and pullout... (smile) Anthony never made me feel stupid or ignorant and his parting words to me were "If you need me at anytime I am here for you" and for that I am grateful, I am in my 70's and my last car was a '98 and not smart,so learning how to use all this technology is not easy but I feel very lucky to have Anthony on my side!!!!! I would definatly recommend Toyota of Southern Maryland and Anthony Bernal to my friends and family!!! More

The entire buying process of my new Corolla was wonderful. Mr. Bernal was extremely helpful throughout, and made sure that I knew all of the features in my new car.
