He thoroughly explained the differences in the models so we were sure to purchase what we needed..not more or less than we needed. When we took delivery he went over the features in great detail and set up an additional time to set up Entune since we had a prior appointment to get to. In addition Jason went way beyond what was expected and researched and located a company in the area that could install a handicapped scooter lift and he also explained Toyota's handicap program. We appreciated his taking the time to do this for us immensely. More

Jason immediately noticed my husband's handicap and made sure he was comfortable in both the showroom and on the test drive. We were very clear about what we wanted in terms of price and financing and he worked with us to make sure that the care was right, price was fair and the financing was fabulous. I assume that he has a very high ratio of customers that purchase cars from him. Either your training is very good or Jason could teach the course on how to be a professional. In addition to Jason, Reggie Rainey was excellent in the way he explained the financing and other finance options available on the Camry. There was an added touch when we were getting ready to leave the dealership. After the car was prepared for us some of your staff were walking out of the service area to go home and to a man they all looked back and congratulated us on the purchase of our new car -- they didn't have to do that but it shows how Southern Maryland Toyota goes the extra mile. We will be looking for another vehicle in about two years and we will be back looking for Jason and the rest of your team to help us purchase the next car. My interaction with TOYOTA employees was exceptional! I enjoyed the experience. The only negative/less than glowing item was the price. Robbie Anderson and Anthony Bernal answered my questions in a professional and courteous manner without a pressured sales pitch. Wayne Cook added to the welcomed sales approach by assessing and giving me what I felt was a good trade in value of my current card. Robbie went the extra mile to insure that I got this provisions I wanted on the vehicle which required a search of other dealerships for what I wanted. Overall I would probably buy another car from this dealership and already recommended them to one of my co-workers who also bought a vehicle. More
