First I want to say that Al Garcia has to be one of the most patient men in the world! I have spent many months going back and forth with what I wanted my next vehicle to be. I knew that I wanted Toyota because of the reputation, but from rav 4 to prius then used corolla finally walked out purchasing a new Toyota Corolla s in my favorite color black. Al was always there for any questions and never pressured me. He allowed me to take this experience at my speed and not "just hurry up and make a sale". Thank you for that! As my husband knows, I am not an easy person to please. He even didn't feel the need to be with me through the whole process because he told me "I know Al will take good care of you". Yes, he bought that bright yellow convertible mustang Gt that you see around the county from Al Garcia too. Al and the Toyota of Southern Maryland dealership have become part of our family. The only thing I would do differently would be spend a little more time negotiating on price. I saw my same car a week later advertised at another dealership for quite a bit less.
