During the pandemic there was a shortage of vehicles and dealerships took advantage of the situation above MSRP. This was the most profitable time in history for the seller. There are dealers willing to give a fair deal to their customers. I found a vehicle in the color desired. Elijah attempted to sell it to me at a couple of thousand dollars higher than MSRP. If you want to do business with a dealership where they take care of their customers, my suggestion is try another dealership other than Toyota of Southern Maryland. I know I will. More
Bought a very nice pre-owned vehicle today that'll suit our needs to a tee. We worked with Adam Nogle when we arrived and he did a great job of letting us review the vehicle and then test drive it. They gave me $8,000. 00 for my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser as a trade-in and said that was to much. Two days later they put it up for sale at $23,000.00. Worst buying experience ever. Management will ignore your concerns after the sale. They do not inspect their used vehicles and it may cost you thousands. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL RIP YOU OFF. They claim to have their service dept inspect vehicles - clearly this is NOT the case. I’ve spend thousands on a vehicle they sold me and I reported as having issues WI their service dept inspect vehicles - clearly this is NOT the case. I’ve spend thousands on a vehicle they sold me and I reported as having issues WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR of owning the car. The Owners and Management refuse to return a call. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY - THEY WONT WANT TO KNOW YOU. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I need to seek legal recourse to get this taken care of.
