A sad experience as Toyota owner through the years. I have never been treated so poorly by a Toyota dealer. An absolute joke. We reviewed other dealers and found the car we were looking for at Toyota Somerset but these guys are all about the money and NO customer satisfaction. We mistakenly purchased the car and promptly had to take the car to the local Toyota dealer to get the tires balanced (at our expense). Then the roof had a hole in it (We had to have repaired as it turns out roof cannot be repaired must be replaced). Not Toyota of Somerset's worry. Toyota of Somerset could care less. Take your business elsewhere unless you like to waste your time and money. No returned phone calls only frustration and lies. JP More

Toyota of Somerset has a great service department. I have a 2001 toyota Prius. I always take it there for the oil changes. They are cheaper for oil changes plus they do a good job and will tell you what your a 2001 toyota Prius. I always take it there for the oil changes. They are pretty pricey on the other mechanical stuff but at least you know it's done right and if not they'll fix it. More

We found a car online that other dealers didn't seem to be stocking. A Red Camry SE but without alot of the extras, we liked the styling of the SE over the other models. We called the dealership and Chris sent us a quote on the car we were interested in. We ended up working out the deal on the phone. He took are credit info and got our lease set up through Toyota for us. We went to pick up the car and it was sitting in their service drive all cleaned up and gassed up, he even had the temporary plate on it. We took it for a quick spin and agreed this is what we wanted. When we went inside he had the paperwork already written up! We signed the papers. He then went over the features with my wife and we left. We were there less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for better service. We also noticed about 20 President Award plaques hanging in the store and I can see why. Great dealership, we are assuming their service department will be great too. We live an hour from there but plan to give it a try when we are ready. More
