Drove 2 1/2 hours to somerset from Louisville to pick up my 2011 scion tc because it was the exact one I wanted with the exact features I wanted and they were cheaper than my local scion dealership. It was storming when i arrived but that didn't stop them from retrieving the car for me to test drive. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable around the car. He also took time to set up my insurance which I thought was awesome. This was the first time I purchased a car by myself and it was an all around A+ experience. More

I was pleased from the time i hit the lot, i had been to a couple of other Toyota dealerships prior and never did get the answers i was looking for. Dan was the man he knew the vehicle inside and out before a couple of other Toyota dealerships prior and never did get the answers i was looking for. Dan was the man he knew the vehicle inside and out before and after the sale. Dan made the deal, no pressure, answered all my questions and gave me time to sort things out. After i took the Tacoma home i found a couple minor things wrong and gave Dan a call and he got back with me and told me to just bring it in and i did and took it to Nick? in the detail shop and he fixed everything. The finance part was easy also Mike? made it really simple and quick, sorry if i don't have the correct names Nick, and Mike i don't have my paperwork with me. I appreciated the way we were treated, very friendly & they explained everything, I think they gave us a fair deal on our trade in. They let us take it for a test drive after they got a copy of my driver license, (one place we looked at never even offered to let us drive a car, they drove us on our test drive ( I don't know who would want to buy a car they had not even drove) I told my sister n law about the experience & gave her Dan's card she went on Monday & bought a car after I had purchased mine on Saturday. This dealer came down from original asking price to within a couple hundred dollars of my offer, which I thought was a very fair offer. I had looked at many of these used trucks and I was ready to look more, but I liked this truck and I liked Jason so I came up to their price. Believe me, I will walk off over fifty bucks; Jason made the difference and I plan on looking at Toyotas at Toyota of Somerset for our next new purchase as well. More
