It was a very cold evening and still the employees helped us clean out our trade-in and helped us in anyway they could! After getting everything processed Jason programmed my iPhone to sync with my radio and made sure I knew where all the controls and gadgets were located. He ended our wonderful experience by giving us his card and saying to call his cell if we needed to know how to operate anything at all or have any other questions! The sale was an all day process because I was working out of town and my husband was trying to make a deal while talking to me over the phone. Due to being satisfied with the service he provided at that time, we decided we wanted to deal with him once we did decide to purchase our next vehicle. I had been watching the internet for the used Toyota Sienna's with low mileage. I was very happy when they received the van we purchased because we got a van that we are very happy with.
