I have bought seven new Toyotas in the past and this is the second one from this dealership. I have never found better service from anyone else than the two gentlemen listed above and would not entertain g the second one from this dealership. Sadly to say, over the years I have grown very negitive toward car salesmen in general and espically used car salesmen. To me the majority of them, come across arrogant and pushy. They gave me the impression that thier product was the "only" in the world and that I was an idiot for not buying with no questions asked. For the most part, this led me to refuse to even consider buying from a dealer. It has been over 15 years since I had bought a vehicle from a dealer. Due to the limited options for what my wife and I were looking for, we very sceptically called Somerset Toyota in regards to a vehicle they had in thier inventory that matched our search. We were very fortunate to begin dealing with Stacy Dykes concerning this vehicle. Right from the begining he was very courteous and extremely helpful. We were 300 miles and 5 hours away from this dealership, which made it even more difficult. Stacy did everything he possibly could to help me to know exactly what condition this vehicle was in and made me to feel comfortable that he was disclosing all the he either knew or even more so, did not know. Over a couple of days time, I was not hesitant to make that 300 mile drive due to Stacy's patients and help. One of the most important positive aspects in dealing with Stacy was, that he never attempted to make me feel like, if I missed out on this deal, that I was the world's biggest idiot. Stacy has renewed my confidence that there are still car salesmen out there worth the time to deal with. Maybe he could give instruction to other salesmen. Thanks Stacy, from Bob and Kellie. More
Mr. Jeff Hall went above and beyond to accomodate us during the purchase of our new car. He also helped me program my blue-tooth with my new car. Everyone we came into contact with at Toyota of Somerset was very nice. Customer service was excellent. I would and have recommended Toyota of Somerset and Mr. Hall to friends and family. Plus I love my new toyota Camry! More

He was super nice and very friendly. He really made us feel at home and conformable. He had a very good knowledge of explaining about our Toyota truck he went over all of the details. I arrived at the dealership with the car already identified from their websit. Jeff met my wife and I and the front of the store and showed us the car we were intersted in. Jeff was very pleasant and accomodating to make sure we had the time to look at the vehicle. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the options and explained them to us. There was absolutely no pressure of any kind to buy the vehicle and we were very comfortable with the negotiation process. I had been researching multiple Toyota dealers and inventory for several weeks and by far the Somerset store had the best price. Each person that we met at the store was very friendly, my wife told me on the drive home that Jeff was the best sales associate that we had ever dealt with and I have to agree. This is the second time I've bought from this dealership, the experience in 2005 was the same as this one. More
We were looking for a Rav4. We had looked at one at another dealership that was identical in features to the one at Somerset. We could not agree on the price, so we walked away. We went to Somerset Toy another dealership that was identical in features to the one at Somerset. We could not agree on the price, so we walked away. We went to Somerset Toyota the next day to look at one on their lot, not really expecting to buy. We were surprised that we took it home with us at the price we wanted to pay. I will check them out the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

My name is Jamie Neikirk, and I purchased this auto for my sister, Jena Acey. She gave me permission to share her experience as well about buying the auto. For me as a woman, who knows very little about engines, it was my first experience to go out and 'buy' a car. However, I knew it could be very overwhelming and pressure-filled so I completed my homework before I set out to buy. I also, along with my sister, asked God to guide us in the direction he wanted us to go. The answer was 'just be sensible' (in which I tend not to be! We narrowed it down to 2 cars. However, since I bought my Toyota new there, I knew it was a good brand and how the toyota held its value! So, along with my sister, the Lord, and plenty of rain we set out one evening. I think I was first impressed when Dan pointed out the price and said something to the point, of 'this is a good price' and they won't come down on it. So, I knew it was a 'no-haggle- deal which took the guess work out of it! It was what it was. He was able to quote the 'history' of the car, inform me that the car was the2nd best selling car in America, informed me about the safety, gas mileage, and taught me how to tell if tires on a car are worn or not. I explained the situation of not knowing anything about a car (he could tell that), but he never took advantage of it. Overall, your employee seemed really concerned that I got the best car for my money, and made my sister feel at ease as we talked. She was nervous about me buying her a car(she had to have one), and I was nervous about buying a lemon and facing my husband. In the end it was me who asked to see other auto's as I am not very sensible at a higher dollar, and he didn't try to pressure me again. At that point I think I thought I was a seasoned car vetern. This threw my sister into a tizzy, me into high gear, and Dan stayed calm, again, pointing out the features of each car. Finally, sanity prevailed and I told him' we'll take the first choice'. He smiled and thought 'we made a good choice. I would never indulge the other place we visited, but the difference in the 'buying process' was completely on opposite poles. In the end, you are living up to your mission statement: no hassle and helping the customer be happy: great customer service and knowledge. I also would recommend Dan to anyone who comes to see you for a car. His no non-sense approach to our situation was what I needed, and we found a car that suited her needs. The other gentlemen "who takes the money' was very understanding about holding on to my check until I could switch some money over in another account. Overall, I feel completely at peace with my purchase and 'can't believe I bought a car' by myself, but your staff and the Lord made it possible. You truly do live up to your mission statement.
