I have given an excellent rating in all aspects of my recent car purchase at Somerset Toyota. The employee's I talked with were all very friendly and courteous. I did most of my homework on the net. The initial communication over the website and being able to review the truck online in the comfort of my own home was great. I felt my trade-in was fair. More importantly my 8 year old got very upset when the only car he knew was being traded in and started to cry. Of course my 2 year old joined in. My wife and I dealing with buying a car and the kids was stressful to say the least. The owner came out when he saw my kids upset and talked with them and gave them each a hat, somehow my son got 2. Honestly this meant more to me than a good deal (which I feel I got). He didn't have to come out as I was already commited in buying the truck, but I think this shows what type of people they are at this dealership. So did giving 3 promotional hats make a difference? no. The unsolicited kindness to my children made all the difference. More

Stacy is wonderful! He listened to what we wanted, recommended the right car and did not push us to buy something we did not want. He bought our first car from him and needless to say we came back to recommended the right car and did not push us to buy something we did not want. Told them we loved it - used the Sienna's before on vacation and that our Mom had one and loved it. They had been looking at one and recommended Stacy as the person for them to see. He would put them in the Sienna they wanted!! He would not over sell them into something they did not need. He is the person to see! Great job! More
