Overall, we are very satisfied with the whole experience. I had no intention of purchasing a "red" car (UK fan), but I am very glad we did. The Toyota Venza is beautiful! Infact, every person that I came in contact with at the dealership was ultra friendly and helpful, from the nice young lady who answers the phone to Jimmy and Larry in parts, and of course John my salesman. I felt that I was able to trust Johns assessment of the truck over the phone to put a down payment on the truck. When my wife and I were able to travel to Somerset to see the truck, it was everything that John had described and more. I had ordered floormats for it and the parts guys had even put them in the truck and had given me a free Toyota ballcap, that was waiting for me in the truck. It was late when we arrived and John and the sales manager were there waiting for us and never made us feel rushed but took us for a test drive, explained the trucks features, and even put gas in the truck for our trip home.
