The service dept. has been dependable as far as scheduling, aroundour schedule, complete and comprehensive in care of our vehichles and courteous. This recent purchase was made in behalf of oour grandson, a college senior, so he played a large part in the transaction. I was very comfortable in the way he was included in the entire discussion and transaction. The business office staff was also effecient and courteous and handled our paperwork quickly and explained all matters to Eddie. When I came in the dealership Stacy met me there and was so nice and helpful. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. He was even helpfull with my granddaughter that was with me. Certified Pre Owned Toyotas are the way to go and Toyota Financial's 1.9% rate makes them even more attractive. It's refreshing to get out of the city and out of the pressure and sit down with someone who knows my business isn't easily earned. It's definitely worth the 75 mile trip from Lexington to do business with these folks. I'll make this journey again. More

I looked up the Toyota Dealerships within 75 miles of my home and decided to request information online. I have not owned a Toyota product since 1976 , (a 1971 Toyota Corolla). Two dealerships were very responsive but Jason Coston's attention to my original request led me to buy from Somerset Toyota. Jason Got the vehicle ready for me and my wife and I drove down ,bought a new Toyota Tacoma and drove it home. I am very happy with our purchase ! More
