We purchased a Rav4 Toyota yesterday, but have looked at numerous brands at different dealers for quite a while. Although it will not influence our decision to purchase a vehicle, we actually enjoyed our vi numerous brands at different dealers for quite a while. Although it will not influence our decision to purchase a vehicle, we actually enjoyed our visits to the Somerset Toyota dealership each time we looked at SUVs. We were amazed at Jason's knowledge of each little detail of the Rav4 from the headrest to the cup holder and everything in between. He was very accommodating, as was the rest of the staff. They were all helpful and friendly, even helping us deal with our new puppy while we made decisions. There is also something different about Somerset Toyota that we can not identify that makes it more appealing than the other dealerships in Knoxville and other places. It just seems more pleasant. Of course we would recommend this dealership and Jason. More
