Wonderful staff I had a limited amount of time and had informed them of this prior to arriving. They evaluated my trade-in, gave me a fair amount for it, arranged financing and had me out he door with my paperwork and a new car in less than one hour. Toyota Tacoma Oil Change I called Phillip on Monday afternoon and asked if he could get me in for a oil change on Tuesday. He said it should not be a problem and asked what t I called Phillip on Monday afternoon and asked if he could get me in for a oil change on Tuesday. He said it should not be a problem and asked what time I would like to come in? I asked for an appointment around 10 am and he said that was available. He confirmed my appointment time and staid he would see me Tuesday. I arrived on Tuesday and pulled into the drop area and Phillip meet me at my vehicle. He greeted me and asked how I was doing? He took all the info from the vehicle and we went inside to complete the paper work. Phillip told me that I could go inside the show room and he would come and get me as soon as it was completed. It.took about 30 min and Phillip came to me and told me the oil change and tire rotation was completed and that there were no issues with me vehicle. This was a very good experience and Phillip was very polite and professorial in the way he treated me. I would recommend this service department to everyone. More
