2017 Highlander Lease My wife went to the dealership in the afternoon to look at the Highlanders. During the visit she worked with Jeff who was very nice, very helpful. We returned once I got off work to look at what my wife had found. Jeff was busy so he deferred us to Christian. Christian was also very hopeful, continuing the trend of good sales people we have encountered at this dealership. When we originally arrived Christian got the keys to two different vehicles for us. We wanted to drive the SE, and the limited trim packages. We drove the limited first. Once we arrived back at the dealership from the testdrive, that is when things took a turn. That was also our first encounter with Isaac. We pulled back into the lot directly behind another couple who were also looking at the SE and a couple of other models, but we could tell that their intentions were primarily geared toward the SE. At this time, this particular dealership only had one SE in stock. Isaac began helping the other couple. At the request he began to search for the keys for the SAT, and Christian told him at that point that he had already gotten the keys out and put them in the vehicle because we were looking at it. Isaac took his customers over to the vehicle and began showing it to them. At the same time I walked over to it and began looking at it also, Mainly waiting for them to get done so that I could take it for the test drive. During this time Isaac told the other couple that they could read it, which was fine, we didn't care to wait for them to get back. He instructed them to park it's up near the door when they were done. That was the first set of alarm bells. Have a feeling were this was going, we were waiting for them by the door when they got back. At our urging, Christian tried to get the keys from Isaac so we could take our test drive. Isaac refused. As in, "I already have the keys. "And then he turned and walked inside. At our request, Christian brought us the sales manager, Lloyd. He said he would talk to Isaac. He came back and said the other couple were interested in it and we would not be able to test drive it. We assured him that we would either test drive it, or leave, that we understood we may not be able to take it home that day if the other couple purchased the one in stock and we had to wait for another one to come in, but we had just as much right to take our test drive as the other couple since they were still talking numbers at that point and no documents had been signed. Unsurprisingly, he came back with the keys. The rest of the trip was largely uneventful, but I feel it is worth noting that Isaac avoid all contact, verbal, eye, or otherwise, the rest of the five hours we spent at that dealership that night. There was never an apology for being so rude, and rude he was. We informed Lloyd, who was trying to maintain control of the situation, that regardless of his customers Isaac's attitude and demeanor reflected on the entire dealership, and reached way past this particular sale. Summary: If you want a kind easygoing sales professional, Christian and Jeff are highly recommended. If you want to deal with a complete a$$hat, Isaac is your guy. As for the dealership on the whole... it's got its pros and cons. I may not avoid it in the future, but I won't be going out of my way to go back. My time is too valuable to deal with unreasonable people and this situation turned what would have been a theee hour trip into a five hour trip with a side of high blood pressure. I'll mark that I would recommend the dealership but it will be with a word of caution. More

I am in the private Jet Business and these individuals rank very high in my book on customer service. EX when we test drove a new car we accidentally left our windows cracked and our salesman Mr Jeff Hall took it upon himself to try and cover it with plastic so the interior would not be wet. To me that is first class customer service. this place is like family. i will drive down from Cincinnati (2.5hrs) again to purchase another toyota from this dealership. More
