No high pressure sales and a very friend I just purchased a new Toyota C-HR on Monday, 9/18. Sales rep.Ryan Shanks was very helpful and accommodating! No high pressure sales and a very friendly staff! He was very patient with me as I test drove 3 different cars before deciding on C-HR. He answered every question in detail. The customer waiting area was clean  There was complementary coffee and a vending machine nearby with soda, water and snacks. The entire service experience was pleasant. Dave worked extremely hard to get me financed and made sure that I was approved prior to me driving 2 1/2 hours to get there. When we arrived Christian was with another customer so Jason stepped in to assist and brought the vehicle up for a test drive, he also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question that my kids could throw at him. Lloyd was extremely polite (as was everyone else) we were actually the last customers in the building (this was around 8pm and they closed at 6pm) and not one person complained... This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences that I have had thus far and I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking to buy a car to reach out to these guys. More
