Three stars for our salesman, Gary, he was very nice. 1st off the sales manager called my husband a liar. He tried to say that Toyota never made a base model 2011 sienna with a 6 cylinder engine. My husband showed him the sienna brochure which clearly showed that the vehicle did exist and he said the brochure was wrong. Showed the manager a carfax on a vehicle in Metairie which stated it was a 6 cylinder and he said that the carfax was wrong. On top of all of this... they said we didn't qualify for the best interest rate. Told me that my score was 665 from equifax....that's strange. Since I didn't believe that I went straight home and paid the $7.95 for my report and score from Equifax. It was 53 points higher than they claimed it was. This dealership is crap with a bunch of cocky crooks in charge. Please take the drive to Northshore Toyota in Covington or LakeshoreToyota on the south shore, it will be worth it. Not only were they very respectful but beat the sales manger's price by $4,000. Who doesn't want to save $4,000. Worst experience ever going to this dealership. Don't waist your time.... More
I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Slidell and it was the best experience I could possibly have. Being a female, sometimes I feel like I can be taken advantage of. Chris the General Sales Manager made the process as easy as possible and the best deal possible. He helped me lower my payment and I am driving a brand new car. Thanks Chris More
Dominick was a wonderful salesman, he said all the right things and always kept his patience with us. Buying a car is complicated and confusing since you're dealing with so much money and you're looking for the best price, he never said we're asking for too much or they wont sell us a car for whatever price we're looking for, he was great and knew what he was talking about, but he made a bad move wen he got his sales manager BO to speak to us, that guy was a total smartass, made us feel really dumb about ourselves. completely ruined the sale for dominick, good luck guys.
