Best experience, and best price by thousands! I bought a brand new 2015 tundra and they truly earned my business. I usually only deal with one dealership, but this place saved me about 3,000$ and I bought a brand new 2015 tundra and they truly earned my business. I usually only deal with one dealership, but this place saved me about 3,000$ and I got a better vehicle than I was expecting! (Limited, not just an SR5) I wasn't really looking for a limited because I thought it was out of my budget. But they gave me a Limited for a better price than any other dealership was quoting me for an SR5. This dealership truly was the best truck buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to Steve(salesman), Chris(sales manager), and Kim(finance), for a great experience. More

I have been dealing with Chris for a number of years; prior to that it was Tommy Waguespa I always receive excellent service dealing with Chris Juge. I have been dealing with Chris for a number of years; prior to that it was Tommy Waguespack, and he also was wonderful to deal with! I always tell Chris if the Sales area was as good as the Service area, this dealership would be a first class dealer! Our family over the years has purchased five vehicles from your dealership, and at times, it has not been easy trying to purchase a car/truck from this dealer. There have been times when our family tried to purchase a vehicle, and it was impossible, and another dealer received our business! More

My girlfriend was at the Dr. so I was without transportation. Friendly sales rep offered to have Ryan Trainor drive my new 4 Runner and pick me up. We arrived at the dealership where the negotiation went well and I signed a contract and took delivery. More

I am a very demanding and informed buyer. I also sold cars. So I walk in to a lot knowing more than salesman most of the time. Nicole didn't play games and was not intimidated. If she didn't know she said so, She even got a repair tech out the garage to answer my questions. She ran the errands I sent her on with a smile. She or her manager didn't even try the first game. The mentality I got from them was that they were service and information personal. Very big contrast to there competition. I wanted info on hatch back yaris and matrix. she ran of to get the cars with my features while i had a cup of coffee. (complete contrast to mazda irritation that i just came from) when I came back after checking honda(honda could of had me for a better warranty and price), kia(lacked selection that I liked, good personal), and ford(lol are they even trying in cars and personal) she saw that I was not in love with the yaris. So she tried to put me on a xd. but I don't like flat rate pricing that is why it was not in my first line up. The toyota of slidell had one with bang for buck. so for a few more greens and a acceptable hit in mpg, I got more safety, motor, features, resale vale, interior, style(though it ain't a classic hot rod)...(still finding things as I read the manual.) I went in to Toyota of Slidell to purchase a used Camry. I came home in a brand new 2012 Camry. Rick was our sales guy and he was great! He was very PATIENT, considerate of what we wanted price wise, and ta I came home in a brand new 2012 Camry. Rick was our sales guy and he was great! He was very PATIENT, considerate of what we wanted price wise, and talked about multiple options with us! It was like having your dad there...I didnt feel like he was pushy or trying to get us into a deal whatever the costs. Rick also took time to show me how to work every single button in my new car and I have never had that before..EVER! We were there for a total of 3 hours with a three year old...there was a playroom he played in and everyone was so nice to him while we were there for so long. Ryan worked with us on the financing aspect of things and I have to say he took what my bottom line was into consideration and came up with a deal that in the end worked for us. The only complain I might have is that my payment was different when i went to sign paperwork and i beleive this was an honest error and because even with the error it was still close to my bottom line it was ok. All in all I would def. recommend Toyota of Slidell! More
I've dealt with this dealership for a long period of time. Go back several years when mechanics destroyed my T-100 engine for a factory recall on a head gasket! 2 months later I get truck back where th time. Go back several years when mechanics destroyed my T-100 engine for a factory recall on a head gasket! 2 months later I get truck back where the engine covers had been kicked around the floor as parts bucket so all scraped up. General manager could care less. Jump ahead to 2006 when new truck was purchased. Poor buying experience due to inept salesman who completely missed a $500 rebate..he reminded me of a bobbing head doll, yes to everything but no satisfaction..what should I expect for a measly $24k? Jump to today as I readjust tire pressure and look at,yet, another dealer damaged part after paying for tire balance and rotation. Prior to that the service manager gave me a free oil change due to employee bungling front rotor work. The front rotors is a known defect with these trucks but not much help from this dealer, only to have one junior service man say I was running hot brakes through water puddles! Love the truck but getting disgusted with after sales service. I have now (finally) been convinced that I must drive 80 miles round trip to check out another stealership. More
