Both my salesman, Adam Meyer, and the Finance Manager, Vic Jones, went above & beyond to get me a better deal, as well as make this the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Both fought hard to get me a much better deal than I ever dreamed I could get,. I would absolutely do business here in the future. Thanks to you both for this great experience, I love my new Camry! Poor service when getting truck touched up as promised Bought 2012 certified pre owned tundra. Salesman said they come flawless as a certified preowned. After truck comes out of body shop it had scratches that are claimed to be fixed but highly noticeable. Scratches were put on the truck in the attempt to remove a "residue" caused by previous owner. Still residue that wasn't completely removed. Workers left dirty fingerprints in the cab. Rear bumper is still twisted and wasn't fixed. More
Mixed Review To start my vehicle of choice was a new 2016 Tacoma. Those were not coming in a fast as the dealer expected. He did a great job of communicatin with me and keeping me in the loop while waiting on my Tacoma to arrive. His boss the sales manger Aaron Blum did the exact opposite. Aaron was not very willing to take anything off the new vehicle. He didn't give me a very fair price for my trade in either. I had to basically beg to get an extra $500 for my trade. Then I specifically said I did not want step bars on my 2016 Tacoma almost 30 days before it arrived. I was assured it would not be an issue. Tacoma arrived and it had step bars. I asked them to be removed and taken of the price of the vehicle. I was told that they would be removed but the weren't coming off the price and that I had to keep them. Another cost I didn't expect $579. I fell that sense they were brand new they could have removed them and sold them in the parts department. Again Aaron was not willing to work with me. There was also 1 more issue with Aaron that I will not blast him for in this review. Besides the sales manger Aaron Blum I had a great experience and would recommend Toyota of Slidell. More

Slidell Toyota is the BEST I brought my car by for an oil change and with the help of some coupons, I decided to have a couple of other things done. The Service staff are professional and courteous (especially while under pressure) and I appreciate that they were able to service my vehicle and have it ready sooner than I expected. Service Advisor My car was scheduled to have tire rotation and replacement of the front passenger seat air bag sensor per recall. The original service writer, Jeffre My car was scheduled to have tire rotation and replacement of the front passenger seat air bag sensor per recall. The original service writer, Jeffrey Frederick, apparently failed to follow up with the parts department regarding the parts. When another service writer, Chris Juge, informed me that the parts were not available, I questioned why because the parts were supposed to have been ordered two months prior. Chris then checked with the parts dept. and found that the parts were actually there. Chris was extremely polite and apologetic, and although Jeffrey was within earshot of our conversation, and was the person who caused this problem, he did not offer an excuse or an apology. From the onset, I noticed that Jeffrey displayed an aloof attitude. When I first arrived at the dealership, Jeffrey asked me why I was there. I assumed that he should have known why I was there, if he had reviewed my records, and since I had an appointment, but I went ahead and explained why I was there. Apparently, Jeffrey didn't follow up as he should have. I have always had great service at this dealership, and I will continue to have my car serviced there, but I will never allow Jeffrey to write up my service call. Again, I cannot praise Chris Juge enough for his assistance in this matter. Chris has always been extremely helpful, courteous and patient. More

She asked what we were looking for in color, vehicle, needs etc. We drove a mini van, and a couple of different style Avalons! The manager, Chris, also sat down to discuss the best price, and best vehicle for us. He offered that we could ride the vehicle home to try before you buy option! They tried to accommodate us in every possible way. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Slidell and Mandy Kreger as a sales person! More

She still calls me to see how everything is going and how I feel about my Highlander. I purchased this vehicle in December of last year and she still checks on me. I totally love the service that I receive when I visit the Car service center. I have been dealing with Chris since I moved to Slidell in 2006, he is a real Gem. He always treats me with respect and makes you feel like you are the only customer that comes through that department. All and all I feel like they care about their customers. More
