Once the service was begun, it was recommended that we also have throttle work done. Made sense. Agreed to do so. We were greeted and assisted by at least 6 different staff members. Cannot remember who each one was! They greeted us at the service garage's open door and welcomed us and our 2 Australian shepherd dogs into the check-in area and waiting room. We got to watch the Olympics on a large screen tv as well as visit with other customers who love dogs! They and we chatted. A floor cleaner gave us a paper towel on which to set our dogs' water bowl (upon our request), so that we would not mar the beautiful wooden floor. So many of the staff were kind and polite to us and to our pets! We had a great time there! The work took approx. one hour. We now have confidence that our truck's battery will not die on us. The new tune up should improve our gas mileage. Toyota Scion could not have treated us more nicely or efficiently. Bravo to them! In a previous year, Toyota Scion bought back our 1998 Toyota Tacoma Pick Up truck. We are grateful that Toyota has stood behind its products. Our neighbor has a Chrysler Jeep. The design of its frame has led to premature frame rust in its corners. Chrysler is NOT standing behind this specific Jeep, so our neighbor, tho' he has only 30K miles on his Jeep (a 2006?), now has a "worthless" vehicle, as far as used cars go. He had to order, pay for, and have replaced the parts that have rusted out. He wishes that HE had bought a Toyota instead. Why is Jeep not plastered all over the national news re: this issue? More
I waited two hours for a state inspection because no one told me information was needed. I went to the service desk and then was informed. That isn't great service. I will try Williams Toyota next time. told me information was needed. I went to the service desk and then was informed. That isn't great service. I will try Williams Toyota next time. More
First it took two appointments to find out what was wrong with the car, then they never told me the parts had arrived, then they tell me a part that was installed in a recall earlier this year is defective a with the car, then they never told me the parts had arrived, then they tell me a part that was installed in a recall earlier this year is defective as well and I have to come back. I feel like I've spent my summer trying to get this car fixed. You would think they would have a part that was recalled on hand. More

One visit on 14 July 2012 for the 15K service, then back on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The 15K service went exactly (smoothly) as expected - Russ gave me some tire options on the 14th, and on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The 15K service went exactly (smoothly) as expected - Russ gave me some tire options on the 14th, and his knowledge and recommendation matched my online research perfectly. The tire mounting was done extremely quickly, and the price deal with 4-wheel alignment and nitrogen fill/road hazard plan was very competitive. Yet another "no worries" service experience, with continued confidence in this staff and facility. More
I recommend TOS for your service needs. I travel from West Nanticoke to get this kind of service. In fact, I purchased my Tacoma from them. They make you feel like part of the family. I ordered a part on-line and made my appointment for my 5,000 service visit. Both were done at the same time. No wait as I pulled my Van into the garage and spoke with an associate.
