Disappointed I purchased a 2014 jeep wrangler on Sept 8 traded in a 2012 Camry (should have kept it). After signing I was promised a 2nd key for jeep never got it. I purchased a 2014 jeep wrangler on Sept 8 traded in a 2012 Camry (should have kept it). After signing I was promised a 2nd key for jeep never got it. Had to go back to dealership the following sat because something broke off jeep (steering stabilizer bar) I also inquired about 2nd key once again filled out the we owe form which I thought I already did at signing but ok did it again. I had to take the jeep back another week later due to shocks on the rear were loose and rear back up light on driver side is out the jeep was sold to me with after market lift kit and tail lights didn't expect it have so many issues it has. The tail lights were ordered but after a month of waiting they never called me to get fix or that they were in. also still no 2nd key at this point totally disappointed in this vehicle and service I will choose not to buy anything else or recommend this dealership More

2004 Corolla repair Had a Recall done for the nation wide recall for the airbag and two weeks later< BAMM, Air bag light comes on. Problem & Service I had a problem starting my 2017 Tacoma one morning. I was able to get it started and made it to Scranton. I made arrangements for them to look at it I had a problem starting my 2017 Tacoma one morning. I was able to get it started and made it to Scranton. I made arrangements for them to look at it the next day, never made it out of the lot. My service Rep Mathew sprang into action and between he and Tom had me out of there in 45 minutes. Bad battery cell was the problem. New 84 month battery was installed. I needed my truck serviced also. I returned a few days later and it was a pleasure to have the service done there. My golden retriever goes with me everywhere and he can always find friendly people and COOKIES there. From day 1 Toyota of Scranton has been great and it all started with George my salesman. More
