I have given you my cell# and best time to call weeks ago and no one can pickup the phone and call me. I wasted about 3 hours of my time to take my RAV4 to another shop for repairs because you did not want to listen to my problem and handle it. I think the least you could do is take just a couple of minutes of your time and pickup the phone. Otherwise your continued lack of communication just reinforces my current opinion of your dealership.
