I was able to complete the majority of this vehicle purchase over the phone and online due to residing 1 1/2 hrs away in upstate New York. Upon arrival at Toyota of Scranton, I was greeted by my sales purchase over the phone and online due to residing 1 1/2 hrs away in upstate New York. Upon arrival at Toyota of Scranton, I was greeted by my salesman Doug Stahl. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. I was also introduced to the owner who was amazing. The vehicle I purchased was washed and waxed upon arrival. The IT employee (sorry but forgot his name) spent over 45 minutes with me inside my new vehicle explaining everything about it. The entire purchase from start to finish took approximately 2 hours which I found very acceptable. Toyota of Scranton receives a 10/10 from me. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. More

Complaint:, which I usually don't have dealing with Toyota of Scranton. I will Again, have to take our vehicle down to reset the maintenance alert. I live approximately 30 miles from the dealership and Toyota of Scranton. I will Again, have to take our vehicle down to reset the maintenance alert.
