I was also displeased with one of the finance managers, who, although he was well versed and pleasant, said a 4 star review would be a "fail." He asked that I give a five star review and implied he wants nothing less. But I shelled out $39,000 in cash for the Camry I purchased. Had he not said that, Toyaota of Scranton would have gotten a 5 star review, not a 4 star. This request is unacceptable and downgrades the 5 star reviews because that's all they want. . More
