I went to Beaver Toyota to have my oil changed in my Rav4. The service department was very friendly, prompt and the service was completed sooner than I expected. As I was getting ready to leave my key f Rav4. The service department was very friendly, prompt and the service was completed sooner than I expected. As I was getting ready to leave my key fob came apart as I was starting my Rav4, which also happened to me about two years ago. I took the broken fob back into the Service department and talked with Carl Martinez about my problem. He looked at the key fob and said that he might be able to fix it. Within a couple of minutes he had it back together, but said that the key was still a little loose in the fob. Since this was my only key I decided to purchase a new key fob. Carl went with me back to the parts department to make sure they had one in stock, which they did, and told me that after they cut the key to bring it back to him and he would have the fob programmed for no charge. I have been taking my Rav4 to the Beaver Toyota service department for several years now and I feel that I have always been treated fairly and with respect. This latest experience is just one more example of why I continue to go there and also recommend Beaver Toyota to all of my friends. More

Andy is always helpful and stays in touch during service which I greatly appreciate. I've had issues with some of the other service reps not calling with a service update and not returning my voice message which I greatly appreciate. Andy was very professional to work with and we received excellent customer service from him. When the first "fix" on our vehicle did not work, Andy kept his word and completed the service another way. Even excellent customer service from him. Beaver Toyota cares about customer service, before – reminding me when a service is due, and after with a follow up – a call asking me if I was completely satisfied with the work done. Beaver always stands behind their service. Between my family and I, we have a total of 6 Toyota vehicles, and we only let Beaver Toyota service them. Every time I've needed assistance in the service department, Andy is the person I can count on. He will always take the time to answer your questions ( even returning calls) and if there is ever a p department, Andy is the person I can count on. My husband and I have owned the same two Toyotas, a Highlander and a RAV 4, that we drive back and forth from New Mexico to Virginia by various routes depending on the time of year for ten years (the H Highlander and a RAV 4, that we drive back and forth from New Mexico to Virginia by various routes depending on the time of year for ten years (the Highlander) and eight years (the RAV 4). We have also driven our many East Coast and foreign visitors around the Southwest in one or the other of our Toyotas almost every year during this time. Because of the excellent care, service, and integrity that we have received from Ray Achondo and his group, we hold all major servicing for our return to New Mexico. Ray's care and honesty in dealing with us over the years has been exceptional! THANK YOU! More
