Joe was extremely courteous and helpful to me in dealing with rodent damage to my car. The rodents continued to attack my windshield washer line and he each time was very pleasant and nice to deal with. Tha with rodent damage to my car. I really appreciate how professional and knowledgeable both Frank Guerra, service advisor, and Chuck Roberts, master certified mechanic, were during my visit. They listened to me, answered my numerous questions about what was going on with my vehicle, and simply charged me for brief amount of time it took to diagnosis the problem. Although I only wanted to diagnosis the problem today, they went out of their way to make sure my battery was charged, so I wouldn't be potentially stranded during my long commute home. Couldn't ask for more than that! More

Left out in the rain I know over the years I have not been a favorite customer or one that is particularly valued (I am female and know nothing about cars/servicing). Aft I know over the years I have not been a favorite customer or one that is particularly valued (I am female and know nothing about cars/servicing). After servicing my car, I wondered what it is they do value. I had my car serviced the week before and had a problem--I telephoned the service department to make an appointment--but they said to just come in after I drove back from Arizona. I cannot evaluate the servicing, as I am at the mercy of the repairman to know that what he is doing is necessary and needed at whatever price they present. I paid my bill and was told the car would pull up outside. I waited outside around 20 minutes--in the rain--and no car pulled up. The service center was closing--workers walked/ran by me to their cars. Cars and trucks were driven into the garage for the night--where I continued to wait hoping my car would show before the garage door closed. Finally, I said to an employee that I would come back the next day to pick up the car if it was not ready as I was paging for an Uber ride. He demanded to see my papers-(my paid bill I think he meant). Apparently no one told the serviceman (who probably went home) that I had paid and was standing out front waiting for my car to be pulled around. Several people got a good chuckle out of this as I drove off. More

Owner, Buddy Espinosa, runs a business the way we would want every business, in every industry, to be run. From Buddy himself, to service manager Carl Martinez, to Joe Sanchez (our service agent on this particular visit), everyone makes you feel you are a valued customer. Not some slick, phoney imitation of caring, but sincere attention and desire to be helpful. We feel as though we've traveled back in time to the 1940s-50s when businesses were virtually all family owned and people actually cared. Joe Sanchez couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with our situation. A true professional, as is Carl, the manager. If you're tired of putting up with the frustrations of "car dealers"...try Toyota of Santa Fe. You'll be happy. More

But this employee revives that friendly-down-to-earth service towards his customers. His experience with cars and parts are unparalleled. Him being there for many number of years speaks how passionate he is with his job in a generation where an average person will have about 4 or more job employments. I've been getting my car serviced through this dealership and have not changed that for about 12 years now. Even moving to Albuquerque, I would still go to Toyota of Santa Fe to get my car maintenance because they know my vehicle so well and it's the only place I trust (after trying out several local car service shops). I highly recommend this place and give this employee 5-star for his excellence in service and customer satisfaction! More
