bought a new car, salesmen were excellent but I think the people in other places (builders) who are supposed to communicate with them did not do a good job. for example the status for my my car showed that i people in other places (builders) who are supposed to communicate with them did not do a good job. for example the status for my my car showed that it was held up at the railyard waiting for a chip when in fact it was already delivered to the dealer. salesman showed me the status online so he was not bs-ing. makes it difficult for the salesman to give the customer an accurate account, that's not fair to the salesman or the customer. I like my car but toyota should improve their build status updates. Brandon in the finance dept was very friendly and efficient. Needed to get the tint and hard coat on the front that I pre-paid for a week later. service was excellent, I think it was Brian who assisted me and he was very personable and accommodating. I was very happy with the shuttle service that was provided while my car was getting the work done. Ernie was a great shuttle driver. I was very glad that I didn't need to arrange other rides to-and-from while this work was getting done. More
