I arrived at 8:00 on Friday to drop off my Grand Highlander for a recall and routine maintenance that Roger told me would take all day. While I waited for my ride, I sat in the main lobby to wait on someone in Finance to show up to get a printout of my sales contract. First thing I noticed as the staff started to arrive was how happy and motivated they appeared. Says a lot about management. Klinsman in Finance arrived and I told him what I needed and he was eager to help and printed out my documents quickly. When I returned at the end of the day to get my car, Roger explained that the recall took longer than anticipated and apologetically told me I would have to come back to have my windshield replaced, which was not a problem. When I choose a dealership it is based on how well organized and efficient the Service Department is run. Everything about Toyota of Santa Fe reflects excellent management and efficiency - from the well thought out comfort of the service waiting area to the texts I receive giving me progress updates. When employees are happy, so are the customers. We’ll done! More

Roger is my to-go service technician, and he explains everything in detail, including worst case scenarios. He is easy to reach by phone. They provide a courtesy shuttle, and both drivers are so nice. They have been with this business for years, so getting a ride from them is very pleasant.
