Not some slick, phoney imitation of caring, but sincere attention and desire to be helpful. We feel as though we've traveled back in time to the 1940s-50s when businesses were virtually all family owned and people actually cared. Brent Buell is our sales person and I would highly recommend him as someone with high integrity that will work with the customer to get the best deal possible. Him being there for many number of years speaks how passionate he is with his job in a generation where an average person will have about 4 or more job employments. I've been getting my car serviced through this dealership and have not changed that for about 12 years now. Even moving to Albuquerque, I would still go to Toyota of Santa Fe to get my car maintenance because they know my vehicle so well and it's the only place I trust (after trying out several local car service shops). I highly recommend this place and give this employee 5-star for his excellence in service and customer satisfaction! More
