Halle is Awesome! Not into high pressure sales. Halle worked hard over the course of several visits to help us get the truck we wanted at a fair price. Not into high pressure sales. Halle worked hard over the course of several visits to help us get the truck we wanted at a fair price. More

Praise for the Internet Sales Department and Personnel I purchased a new 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road from Toyota of Santa Fe on 3/24/18. I did my research, knew pricing and am a formidable negotiator. Dealing with the Internet Sales Department, specifically Terry Nordquist, was a pleasure. Terry and I had been working together to find me the vehicle I wanted. However, what I wanted (i.e., color, options, etc.) just didn't exist, so I decided to buy a 4Runner that was "really close" that was in their inventory. After Terry and I emailed each other a few times and a final phone, I had the deal I wanted. I live in Rio Rancho (about 60 minutes away). When I arrived at the dealership, they were waiting for me and already had the vehicle prepped. I was welcomed immediately by the Sales Manager (sorry, forgot his name) and taken to Terry, who was doing his final review of the vehicle. After a brief test drive (Remember, I already knew this was the vehicle I wanted.), we did the paperwork. In about 60 minutes, the new vehicle was mine. Sixty minutes to buy a new car must be some sort of record. The Finance Manager (CJ) was also friendly and not pushy, He told me about the extended warranty, which I declined, and he never mentioned it again and didn't try to sell me anything else. Would I go back? YES! Would I recommend Toyota of Santa Fe? YES! Would I recommend Terry Nordquist? YES! More

The once who got it handed to just were not reachable and the once you ask questions tell you to go online. Others are totally pushy and try to make you feel guilty. WHAT happened to customer service??? But I have to say thanks to Michael Lopez at Santa Fe Toyota. He was totally easy to talk to, informed me of everything I wanted to know and oops I walked out with a car that night. Thanks Mike for this no pressure shopping experience. That was the first time I felt comfortable buying a car. More

They were both very thorough and made sure we were aware of the severe wear to our tires. Vicente was very helpful and assisted us with getting the service we needed to make sure we would get home safe from our trip. I would have to say this is the best service I have received from a Toyota service center and they have all been pretty good but this place is by far the best due to the staff and their attentiveness to their customers!!👍 Thank you Vicente! Random acts of kindness Subtitle: Imagine buying a car in one easy painless step. Let’s say you saw a car online and called to ask about it. You get randomly connected with a Subtitle: Imagine buying a car in one easy painless step. Let’s say you saw a car online and called to ask about it. You get randomly connected with a salesperson and set a time after work to go check out the car. And when you get there it turns out the sales person is knowledgeable, easy to work with, easy to ask questions and supplies you with clear straightforward info and no pushy stuff. You take a good long test drive and talking, you find out he is really solid, just a very cool human being. You get back to the dealership, evening, dark, and he hands you water & green chile jerky. He gives you time to discuss the car privately, you don’t have to rush and you don’t have to leave and come back and start over the next day. When you decide to buy you feel good and happy because you know the car is a good one and fits your needs. The price for it is fair, it’s in your budget and so you know the deal is good, is in your own best interest. While you are signing the financing the salesperson oversees the detailing and prep, taking care of a couple things you never noticed, maybe you never would have detected, but he fixed them. This is how we bought our car from Michael Lopez at a Toyota of Santa Fe. This was a great, a 5-star car buying experience. More

Wasted my time Sean Baker, who is now a sales manager, was extremely rude. My husband was told by two separate individuals (one sales manager) that we should drive Sean Baker, who is now a sales manager, was extremely rude. My husband was told by two separate individuals (one sales manager) that we should drive from ABQ to Toyota Santa Fe because they indicated that they would likely offer more for our trade in than previous dealers had. We emphasized that we did not want to waste anyone's time and stated we were going to try to sell third party. But they continued to encourage us to come up and in good faith we made the trip. Upon arrival, we were put in contact with Sean. He glanced out the window at our vehicle, started looking up information on his cell phone while leaning back in his chair very casually. Without barely glancing at us and staring at his phone, he told us how worthless our car was and we felt, belittled us. Why did we need to drive all the way up from ABQ when it took less than two minutes for Sean to laugh us out of the room? Could this not been done over the phone without us physically driving from ABQ to Santa Fe? By the way, when we walked in Sean was being rude to an older woman and obviously pressuring her. We could have guessed then what was in store for us. There is a right way and a wrong way to treat customers. Sean never learned that as far as we are concerned. More
