No 'Buddy in this Business' and Worst Car Buying Experience. We were serious about buying a vehicle, and found one we liked. We were in the process of negotiating a price when they suddenly sold it out from und We were serious about buying a vehicle, and found one we liked. We were in the process of negotiating a price when they suddenly sold it out from under us to another customer who arrived after us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not trust Trini Gallegos, Sean Starkweather or Kirk Kapple in a purchase again. We spent hours waiting on a response to our counter-offer. All the while they were negotiating with a second buyer!!! The manager on duty, Lee Roybal, was somewhat sympathetic, and said the General Manager would be contacting us the following day. We never received a call back. SHAMELESS and UNTRUSTWORTHY. There was certainly no "Buddy in the Business" for us at Toyota of Santa Fe. Bottom line - we went back to Albuquerque and bought a vehicle that same day from American Toyota, where we had an excellent experience. More

Purchase of 2018 Tundra Aspen Leaf was extremely helpful in helping me decide what I purchased. These people took care of me despite a mis-communication Toyota of Santa Fe gave me a quote of $32,771 for a specific vehicle. When it was time to pay they charged $33,020 (stating it was for window tint wh Toyota of Santa Fe gave me a quote of $32,771 for a specific vehicle. When it was time to pay they charged $33,020 (stating it was for window tint which was added but was already there when I got the original quote). I left feeling cheated since I hadn't had the tint added to the vehicle and sent in my concerns to Mr. Aspen Leaf. I was promptly contacted by Mr. Francesco Crisafulli and Mr. Leaf and they refunded the difference from the original quote. There seemed to have been a mis-communication while drafting the paperwork and they were quick to rectify and make things right. More
