Surprise at cost of ignition key replacement. The only surprise was the cost of an ignition key replacement. I was quoted about $200 when I called to request the service. The final bill was $365. customer service this was a good visit and service was prompt and pretty much as expected. my only complaint is that i had a cooler in the front seat and a padding on this was a good visit and service was prompt and pretty much as expected. my only complaint is that i had a cooler in the front seat and a padding on one end to keep it from scratching the black plastic glove box.when the cooler was put back in, after servicing the cabin air filter, it left white scratches on the glove box and the padding was not put back.surely a trained mechanic could put the cooler back in w/out scratching the car, OR just have me do it.... the complimentary car wash was excellent - thank u . More
