Brian was very nice and accommodating, answering my questions about a recent recall and, of course, the work to be done on my car that day. (His name isn't in the service list or I would have given him questions about a recent recall and, of course, the work to be done on my car that day. My second visit was just as good as my first - almost an entire year ago. On my first visit I was promised a service discount on a subsequent service. The folks in the Express Service found the notes on m entire year ago. On my first visit I was promised a service discount on a subsequent service.
