A different experience from one a couple of weeks earlier where my routine oil change took over 2 hours and the staff was inattentive. I recently had my 2014 Tacoma serviced, and worked with Brian in the Service Dept. I arrived at a very busy time, and he bent over backwards to accommodate me and to complete the work quickly and complete Brian in the Service Dept.
