The service was five star. However, I found it difficult to schedule service for non-standard service items (windshield replacement). Calls and texts were not returned. Brian was extremely helpful. The service took two hours. He made sure to check my service plan and that I got the best deal. he was very thorough and amenable. He is really excellent.
