I want to take the time to say what a great experience I had at Toyota of Santa Fe. From my first phone call with Cynthia Heldreth to purchase day with Gabe Pinot, I received nothing but respect. Most deale had at Toyota of Santa Fe. From my first phone call with Cynthia Heldreth to purchase day with Gabe Pinot, I received nothing but respect. Most dealers, in my observations, don’t really listen to what the customer is saying and live by the mentality that “You don’t tell “US” what car you want, we tell “YOU” what car you want.”. That was not my experience at Toyota of Santa Fe. Cynthia and Gabe listened to me, and acted on my wishes. Hands down, up, to the side, do the hokey-pokey, this was the best dealership experience I have had in my thirty-two years of car buying. Bravo, I say. Bravo!
