Friendly, when I got to Brian he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Service did take about an hour longer than I was told but intake may not have been familiar with the gps upgrade service. Upgrade was ex and helpful. Service did take about an hour longer than I was told but intake may not have been familiar with the gps upgrade service.
